Terms and Conditions
- VIP Delivery is valid for 12 months starting from the date purchased.
- VIP Delivery is only available for delivery to UK addresses. Postcode restrictions do apply, please check your eligibility on our .
- You must have a registered account with us and be logged in to use VIP Delivery.
- If a Next Day service is not available, then your order will be sent Standard Delivery.
- You must place your order in accordance with Rebellious Fashion's Next Day and Standard Delivery timescales and terms. Next day delivery will not be available on Bank Holidays and cannot be guaranteed during periods of high volumes.
- VIP Delivery will not always be automatically selected at checkout so please always check and select your preferred delivery service.
- Rebellious Fashion will not be held responsible for any delivery delays or failures that arises from out of our control.
- You can cancel your VIP Delivery by contacting our Customer Service Team . A full refund will only be given if you have not made any purchases using VIP Delivery.
- We may decide to terminate your VIP Delivery and we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that violates our terms.
